Leg and hip massage

A session to give time to your legs and thighs, release tension and rest. We can include the hips, glutes, feet or lower back if we agree on it together.

First time: I recommend 90 minutes. If you'd rather start with something shorter, 60 minutes works very well too.

Who it's for

  • If you spend long hours standing or sitting and your legs feel heavy.
  • If you want to focus on your legs and thighs without working on the whole body.
  • If you'd like to connect that work with the hips, by agreement.

Ease tension without having to endure pain

When you feel tension in your legs, we can devote the session to them. You're not here to suffer: I keep adjusting the pressure so you can receive the touch without tensing up or holding your breath.

Your breathing, the pauses and your comfort help us find a pace you don't have to force yourself to bear. You can tell me where you'd like more attention or what you'd rather avoid.

Legs, thighs and how they connect with the hips

Legs and thighs are the focus of this session. The hips and glutes can be part of the work if we agree on it: there's no need to include them if you don't want to.

We can also give attention to the feet or connect the work with the lower back. It's not about covering every area, but about giving the time to what brought you here.

Before working on the hips or glutes, I ask you first. You stay covered with a sheet and only the area we're working on is uncovered. You can ask me to leave it out at any time.

Time is planned with you

90 minutes allows us to take things more calmly. It doesn't mean including more parts of the body by default. If you'd like to combine legs and back, I recommend this length and that we talk about it before you book.

I work with manual massage for rest and tension release. I don't offer lymphatic drainage or foot reflexology.

If there's a specific pain or an injury, tell me beforehand. If you need clinical care, a physiotherapist will be the right choice.

FAQs

Questions about the leg massage

60 or 90 minutes?

To start with, I recommend 90 minutes: we'll have time to talk about how you're feeling and work on the legs and hips calmly. If you'd prefer a shorter session, you can choose 60. You'll find more guidance on session length in the FAQs.

Are the hips and glutes always worked on?

No. They're an option we can talk about together. You can choose to include them or keep the session focused on the legs and thighs; you don't have to explain why.

Can I stay covered?

Yes. A sheet covers your body and only the area being worked on is uncovered. We agree with you on the touch and the areas before we start.

Can the feet or lower back be included?

We can agree on it and plan the time. There's no need to give every area the same attention: we start from what you need that day.

Is it lymphatic drainage or reflexology?

No. It's manual massage for rest and releasing tension in the legs and thighs. I don't offer those other disciplines.
