3. Receive the card. I prepare it with their name and the massage, and send it to you by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of confirming payment.
Then the person receiving it writes to me or books on the website to choose the day and time that suit them best.

How long is the card valid?
The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do I pay?
You can pay by Bizum or bank transfer. I prepare the card as soon as I confirm the payment.
How do I receive the card?
It's a personalised digital card. I send it to you by email or WhatsApp, and you can forward it yourself or print it if you'd rather hand it over in person.
Can the massage or the length be changed?
Yes. The person receiving the gift can switch to another massage of the same price. If they choose a longer or more expensive one, they only pay the difference.
How do I book if I already have a gift card?
You can write to me to arrange the appointment, or book on the website using the name on the card and choose “At the studio”. I have the gift noted under the name of the person on the card and know it has already been paid for.
What if they can't come on the booked day?
They can cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, or change the day and time with at least 6 hours' notice. You'll find all the details in the booking terms and conditions.
Can I give a massage to someone who's never had one?
Of course. Before we start I talk with the person, listen to how they're feeling and adapt the pressure and the areas. We look for comfortable touch, with no pain and no demands.
What if I need it for today or tomorrow?
