I'm Víctor Cugat, a massage therapist. I've been giving massages since 2017 and I work slowly: I listen before I touch and adapt the pressure and pace to you.
I've trained in quiromasaje (manual massage), the Alexander Technique, Vipassana meditation and, more recently, Deep Tissue.
Get to know me

For a first visit I recommend 90 minutes; 60 is still a good option if you'd rather start with something shorter.
“Donde los Yayos de Barcelona” isn't just a name: it's my grandparents' flat (my “yayos”), turned into a place of care. As a child I used to visit them on Sundays, and the atmosphere was always calm and welcoming. Read the story in About me.
Original stone, wood, plants and natural light create a homely, serene atmosphere, far from the pace and clinical feel of a street-level business.

At Carrer de Roger de Flor, 259, 2º 1ª, Barcelona, where Gràcia, the Sagrada Família area and the Dreta de l'Eixample meet.
Is it a street-level centre?
No. It's a quiet private flat, accessible by appointment only. This privacy is part of the experience of the space.
Is there a lift?
No. It's on the second floor, up three flights of stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, write to me beforehand and we'll talk it through.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
No special preparation is needed. It's a good idea to arrive a few minutes early and to mention any needs, discomfort or relevant information before we start.
How can I get there by public transport?
The nearest stations are Verdaguer, Joanic and Sagrada Família. Walking times are listed above.
Where can I park?
If you're coming by car, I recommend planning your parking and allowing a few extra minutes. You can find car parks in the area on the Aparcaments BSM map. Check their conditions and availability there before you set off.
What happens if I'm running late?
If you can see you're going to be late, let me know; it's always appreciated. I usually leave some time between sessions and try to make sure you can enjoy the full length of your massage. If someone else is booked straight after, we'll talk and work it out depending on the situation.
Book in a few simple steps, or write to me if you'd rather clear up a question first. I reply within a few hours during my working hours.
