Activity and purpose of the website

The website provides information about in-person wellbeing massage sessions and allows you to get in touch, book and manage appointments through Amelia, and make the online payments available. Donde los Yayos de Barcelona is not a healthcare centre. The services do not include medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for care from healthcare professionals.

The features, length and price of each session are shown before booking. You can find practical information and the deadlines for changes and cancellations in the FAQs. In all cases, the rights granted to you under applicable law are respected.

Use of the website and the appointments panel

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may not introduce malicious code, attempt to access other people’s data or interfere with its operation. Please provide correct contact details so that we can handle your request.

Access to My appointments is via a personal link sent to the email address used for the booking. This link gives access to personal information: do not share or forward it. If you think someone else may have used it, contact me.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Spanish law applies and, where relevant, consumer protection law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent bodies and procedures in accordance with applicable law, respecting in all cases the jurisdiction and non-waivable rights of consumers.
