# Booking terms and conditions *By web | October 27, 2026* --- Information applicable to bookings of wellbeing massage sessions and to Donde los Yayos de Barcelona gift cards. Version of 22 October 2026. The specific conditions of any offer must be provided before the contract is entered into. Consumers' statutory rights prevail over any condition that contradicts them. ## Who provides the service Víctor Cugat Pérez, self-employed professional, NIF 34766004D. They are not healthcare services, do not include medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for healthcare. The space is on the second floor with no lift, reached by three flights of stairs. If this is a difficulty for you, get in touch before booking. The description, length and price of the session are shown on the website and during the booking process. The amount shown for the option chosen is the total price payable, including any applicable taxes. No supplement will be added that has not been disclosed and accepted before the contract is entered into. A change of session or length may change the amount and must be agreed in advance. ## How to book and correct your details In [Bookings](https://www.dondelosyayosdebarcelona.com/en/book-massage-barcelona/), select the session and length, choose from the available dates and times and enter your contact details. Check the service, date, time, amount and email address before confirming. You can go back to the previous steps to correct them. If you notice an error afterwards, contact me or use the options available in My appointments. You will receive the confirmation and appointment details by email. An enquiry by WhatsApp or email does not in itself guarantee a time slot: the appointment must be confirmed. Keep the confirmation and the proof of payment. Booking data is recorded in the management system; you can request information or a copy of the data relating to your contract using the contact details provided. These terms are available in Spanish, Catalan, Italian, English and French. If you need any condition clarified, please ask before entering into the contract. ## Payment and management from My appointments A deposit is not currently required. Use the payment methods offered for your transaction. If there is an outstanding amount and the option is enabled, you can pay it online from [My appointments](https://www.dondelosyayosdebarcelona.com/en/my-appointments/). Check the status and receipt of the transaction before repeating a payment. If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact me so I can look into it. Sign in with the same email address you used to book and your password, or with Google when that option is shown. To create or reset your password, use the personal link sent by the system. Do not share or forward this link. If you think someone else may have used it, let me know. Please also see the [privacy information](https://www.dondelosyayosdebarcelona.com/en/privacy-policy/) . ## Cancellations, changes and refunds You can cancel from My appointments at least **24 hours** before the start time, or change the day and time at least **6 hours** in advance. Changes are subject to availability. Outside these deadlines, contact me so we can look at the situation. If you have already paid and cancel at least 24 hours in advance, I will refund the full amount. Write to me to arrange the refund: cancelling in the panel and refunding a payment are separate operations, and you should not assume the refund has been made simply because you have cancelled. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, the case will be assessed individually, without an automatic penalty being imposed. Where there is a statutory right to a refund, its requirements and deadlines will be respected. If I am the one unable to provide the session, I will offer to arrange another date or to refund the amount paid for the service not provided, without obliging you to accept a voucher. A technical problem with the website does not in itself alter the rights arising from a confirmed booking. ## Gift cards The undated card is requested by email or WhatsApp. Before payment, the session, length, amount and name of the recipient are agreed. You can pay by Bizum or bank transfer. The digital card is prepared and sent by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, in accordance with the published offer. There is no need to provide any health information about the gift recipient. The stated validity is **6 months from purchase**. The recipient must arrange their appointment and may switch to another session of the same price; if they choose a more expensive option, they pay the agreed difference. When booking on the website, they can choose “At the studio” and enter the name on the card so that the payment already made can be verified. The undated card does not guarantee availability on a specific day. If the day and time are already known, the appointment can be booked and the card requested afterwards with that appointment included. The deadlines above apply to cancelling or changing the appointment. If any difficulty arises with the use or validity of a card, contact me so I can review the case. Its personalised presentation does not in itself mean that the purchaser loses their statutory rights. ## Withdrawal from distance contracts For distance contracts, there is a right to withdraw within **14 calendar days of the contract being concluded**, without having to give any reason. This is separate from the 24-hour cancellation policy. To exercise it, an unequivocal statement sent to victor@dondelosyayosdebarcelona.com is sufficient; you can use the model form below. Keep proof that you sent it. Any refund due will be made without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the notice, using the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no cost to you. Booking a date, paying or receiving a digital card does not in itself constitute a waiver of the right of withdrawal. The exception to the right of withdrawal for leisure activities on a specific date is not automatically applied to these massages. If you ask for a session to start before those 14 days have ended, early start requires your express request. For the right of withdrawal to be lost through full performance of the service, the legal requirements of express consent and prior information must also be met. Simply accepting these terms does not replace that request. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following session or gift card: [identification].Date of contract: [date].Full name of the contracting party: [name].Address of the contracting party: [address].Date of notice: [date].Signature, only if submitted on paper: [signature].You do not need to use this form to exercise your right; it is enough to communicate your decision clearly. ## Enquiries and complaints You can report an issue or make a complaint by email, by phone or at the business address given. Identify the booking or transaction and what happened, without sending the private panel link or any health information that is not necessary. It will be dealt with within the applicable legal deadline. You can turn to public consumer services and the appropriate dispute resolution channels. No adherence to any arbitration scheme is declared. The legally competent courts and jurisdictions and the non-waivable rights of consumers are respected.
